Demo first: we prepare a free demo of your website, store or CRM. There is no charge and no obligation until you approve the demo and confirm your order.

Scope, timelines and deliverables are fixed in the written quotation shared with you. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Domain, hosting and third-party fees (for example Shopify plans, apps, payment gateways or APIs) are billed by those providers unless our quotation says they are included.

On full payment, the website / store / CRM code delivered for your project is yours to use for your business. Our own reusable components and tools remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for lifetime use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
