By engaging YoGi Websites for any service — by submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, making a payment, or approving a demo — you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About YoGi Websites

YoGi Websites is a web design and digital services studio operated by Yogi Dynamic Solutions LLP, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We provide website design, website revamp, Shopify store setup, landing page design, and related digital services to clients in India and internationally.

2. Our Services

Each project is scoped individually and agreed upon before work begins. The scope, deliverables, and pricing will be communicated to you via WhatsApp, email, or a written proposal before any payment is made.

Providing a demo does not constitute a binding contract. A project begins only when a payment is made and confirmed by both parties in writing (WhatsApp or email).

4. Client Responsibilities

YoGi Websites is not responsible for errors or delays caused by late or incomplete content provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all design files and website code specific to your project are transferred to you and become your property.

General design frameworks, code libraries, templates, and reusable components built by YoGi Websites remain our intellectual property and may be reused across other client projects (in a modified form).

You confirm that all content (text, images, logos) you provide to us for use on your website is either owned by you or licensed for your use, and does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. You indemnify YoGi Websites against any claim arising from content you provided.

6. Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is:

Payment can be made via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, UPI, Razorpay (cards, net banking), or PayPal for international clients. Payment details will be provided by our team upon project confirmation.

Work does not begin on the full project until advance payment is received and confirmed.

7. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, agreed upon before the project starts. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard revision rate, which will be communicated before the additional work is undertaken.

Project timelines begin from the date the advance payment is received AND the initial brief or content from the client is complete. Delays in content submission may extend the timeline accordingly. Typical timelines are:

9. Hosting and Domain

Unless otherwise agreed, website hosting and domain registration are the client's responsibility. We recommend and assist with setup on platforms such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, or Namecheap. Annual hosting and domain fees are paid directly to the hosting provider by the client.

10. Limitation of Liability

YoGi Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your website, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information shared with us during the course of a project as confidential. We will not share your business details, content, or communications with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice (WhatsApp or email). Upon termination, you will be entitled to all work completed up to the termination date. Refund of advance payments, if any, will be governed by our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
